Latest awards and distinctions for Grupo Index's Casa Geosolar®
EUROPEAN BUSINESS AWARD FOR CONSTRUCTION
The Casa Geosolar® conquers Europe and crosses our borders to win its first international award. Grupo Index, as a leading company in its sector, travelled to the Ritz Hotel in Paris to collect the 'European Business Award' for Construction for a pioneering and innovative house in Europe. A delegation of Grupo Index has travelled to the French capital to collect for the first time an international award that every year gathers in the iconic Ritz Hotel candidates from all over the continent for being leaders in their sector.
NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AWARD 2021
The judges have highlighted the outstanding innovative and environmental breakthrough of the Casa Geosolar® de Carbono Positivo to grant Grupo Index the National Construction Award 2021 in the X edition of its Excellence Awards.
The Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid hosted the awards ceremony, which this year highlighted 38 companies, entities and personalities that over the last few months have contributed to society with values, talent and/or pioneering and innovative advances in different sectors and fields.
BEST IDEA AWARD 2021
From all over Spain, the Casa Geosolar® de Carbono Positivo has been highlighted and selected by 'El Mundo' among the 100 most innovative and avant-garde ideas in 2021. Inmaculada Palomo has been in charge of collecting an award that reinforces the constant desire to improve of the Index family.
Our technical delegate, accompanied by the head of Marketing and Sales, David Argibay, said at the awards ceremony that "it is a great pride to have been awarded among such cutting-edge and avant-garde ideas and companies from all over Spain". "Ideas to boost growth, because the countries that put the most effort and talent into transforming themselves end up being more competitive and advanced," according to El Mundo's award.
TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION AWARD
Madrid's Minister of Economy, Manuel Giménez, personally presented the award to Inmaculada Palomo, our technical delegate, and pointed out that "innovation and talent are the foundations for facing the challenges of the future".
These awards are sponsored by Atresmedia, Banco Santander and the Community of Madrid, and organized by the newspaper La Razón, to support innovation and those companies at the forefront of technologies that improve our society.
EUROPEAN AWARD FOR LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURIAL SUCCESS
Vocational architect and 'mother' of the Casa Geosolar® de Carbono Positivo, Inmaculada Palomo has just received the European Award for Leadership and Business Success 2021 from the President of the European Society for Social and Cultural Promotion, the writer, journalist and academic, Luis María Ansón, at the Westin Palace Hotel in Madrid. In the opinion of the judges of the institution that awarded the prizes, our technical delegate, Inmaculada Palomo, stands out for her spirit of leadership and success in the daily performance of her duties. At Grupo Index we know Inmaculada's tenacity and her firm commitment to teamwork as a formula for business success.
HOUSING AND BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARD
Index's Casa Geosolar® de Carbono Positivo has been awarded by the newspaper 'La Razón' for its innovation and energy efficiency. The 'Housing and Business Excellence 2020' awards. This award has valued Grupo Index for its "impeccable track record" in achieving energy efficiency, savings and innovation in its Casa Geosolar®, in addition to putting technology at the service of a 100% customizable home.
EUROPEAN TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION AWARD
Inmaculada Palomo, on behalf of Grupo Index , has received the award from the European Association for Industry, Technology and Innovation 2021 "for the innovative contribution of the Casa Geosolar® de Carbono Positivo to society." The judges also highlighted the company's 'environmental responsibility', in a recognition that for Index represents the sixth national award.
